My interview with Domonique on Balcony TV.
This was a second take as we had an audio issue with the last and at the time I felt scripted and un-natural but it seems fine to watch.
she’s so talented and such a hottie
the hilarious Al Parkinson and I on Balcony TV Melbourne.

my interview with once upon a time central coast band now Melbourne band BOY IN A BOX.
I have known Tij and Athan for years.
Athan was in a band I use to manage and we were great friends for a few year and Tij’s band would always play with Athans, was weird to be interviewing them in a band which is getting heaps of radio airplay, touring nationally and us all living in melbourne.
this one time Frannie, Miss Shell Ma Belle and I were extras in the Susy Blue film clip!
i am loving this band so much!
it took 3 takes which is a rare event.
firstly the sound cut out, then a super loud busker was playing right under the balcony and then i think i made a mistake but in the end it was a beautiful performance and interview.
Melbourne there’s the north vs south side stigma
With the way record sales are bands are flogging themselves on tours with means we don’t have to wait or need to see a band, they’ll be back next month anyway.
With the internet we’re exposed to more bands > more bands can tour/ radio play etc
With internet we don’t have to go out to hear a band/ watch them
So many festivals people can’t afford it all
OH MERCY - BLUE LAGOON (by BalconyTVMelbourne)
this interview was so surprisingly lovely.
a band with not much info online i didn’t feel like i wrote an incredibly challenging interview but they were so warm and humble people.
dave (the one closest to me) then friended me on facebook and is one of the most encourage and supportive friends, always commenting and giving encouragement on my interviews and when i put him on the guest list for a show at work he left me a gift!
my interview with Oh Mercy.
I absolutely love this band although Alex is naturally awkward i thought it was a nice interview.
