things i wanted to achieve by the time i was 25
- move to Melbourne
so i did it.
April 2009 I moved to Melbourne.
at the time the signs were pointing against it, but it was my second attempt and i needed to follow through and damn i’m happy i did.
i was seeing a guy, it was some what a long time coming and he was in Melbourne, i didn’t move here for him but it was a bonus.
i had always loved melbourne and i felt i had to be here for my cousin (my housemate now) who had just had everything in her life fall to pieces.
i got a job and found an apartment.
3 weeks before the move the boy stopped talking to me.
1 week before the move i realised the apartment was fraud and i was robbed.
alas i still made it down and it’s home!
i have incredible friends, have achieved so many goals, every day something exciting is happening and most of all i’m happy.
